Melbourne is about to get a series of new locally owned venues added to its fast-food scene when Royal Stacks launches this month. Royal Stacks is the newest venture from Melbourne’s biggest burger fanatic, Dani Zeini.
Priding himself on combining Australia’s love for fun and creative dining with local produce, Royal Stacks follows a series of successful ventures, where Dani helped bring Dandenong Pavilion, Grand Trailer Park Taverna, Easey’s and Truck Stop Deluxe to Melbourne.
Taking inspiration from modern American burger institutions, Royal Stacks is a series of restaurants focused on fresh, quality fast-food in a modern, fun environment.
The series of new venues will feature everything from locally sourced ingredients- including beef that is completely free from GMO, hormones and antibiotics-, frozen custard machines and state-of-the-art fit-outs.
The menu items will all revolve around the 'stack' theme. Royal Stacks will launch at the Dandenong Market later this month, closely followed by locations on Collins St in January and Sydney Rd, Brunswick soon after.
